Successful and innovative residential design/build remodeling company has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales person.

You must have 3-5 years of successfully selling & home improvement experience. You must be effective at closing & have good knowledge of design and remodeling. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a self-starter.

Your job includes meeting with homeowners, evaluating their needs and wants, bringing them into design and overseeing customer satisfaction through project completion.

Job Description

• Consistently meets or exceeds lead and sales goals.
• Negotiates profitable design and construction projects which generate the target gross profit.
• Manages the business and relational aspects of the client's project through all phases of the design and construction process, functioning as the client liaison and advocate.
• Collaborates with the relevant Design and Production team to ensure the client's goals and objectives are met throughout the project life cycle and in the finished product.
• Generates Design Agreements, Construction Agreements, and Change Orders, and presents to client for signature acceptance.
• Maintains current and accurate lead and sales tracking data through weekly updates to the Open Sales Files spreadsheet.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-time selling experience in the Remodeling Industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Motivated, self-starter, detail oriented, highly organized with a positive, can-do attitude.

Experienced in the design, architecture, and residential remodeling and construction process.
