Hello, we are seeking a Visionary Single or Creative Couple for a unique opportunity in Service and Hospitality. We are a Start Up Venture, currently in operation, hoping to profit share with an ambitious Artist/Artisan that can provide true culinary, service, and influencer talent. We bring to the table, a historic downtown building located in a hi-potential town square that is prime for revitalization. Our multi-story building includes curated short-term stays, a full restaurant, future retail space, a chapel, and a private executive suite with kitchen and full bath for the operating partner(s). This is a humble beginnings, ground floor opportunity. We will ensure a roof over head, excellent ingredients, and paid utilities, with access to amenities such as kayaks, pontoon, bikes, and games. Room, board, utilities, and food have been factored into posted salary, based on local average cost of living. In exchange, we are seeking a person or couple that will bring Concept, Energy, Creativity, Strong Work Ethic, and a Positive Attitude. Day-to-day execution will include operating a food establishment, make-readies between guests, coordinating special events such as weddings, reunions, parties, entertaining, keeping a clean well maintained facility, and heavy social media promotion. Potential is strong with only one other restaurant currently open in a fast growing community surround by two new lakes. Net profits after all expenses will be shared between owner and operator(s) on a sliding scale. NO CAP ON COMMISSION! We are located 1 hour and 15 minutes from Dallas Texas.
