E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

$18 – $20 an hour – Full Time (DOE)
We are the largest distributor of performance automotive lighting parts and accessories in Rancho Cucamonga and are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist with PRODUCT LISTING/MANAGEMENT and DATA ENTRY experience. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, reliable, team player and possess a professional demeanor, but most importantly, must be passionate about cars and the industry.
JOB DUTIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Maintain digital catalog accuracy across all platforms such as Shipstation, Shopify, Ebay and Amazon, collaborating with other internal teams to gather information
Understand and Write product descriptions using relevant keywords and SEO to improve product detail pages and improve product catalog quality
Manage wholesale and retail customer inquiries regarding their order status, product related questions
Cross-reference and coordinate product descriptions and inventory details across our all our sites.
Work alongside marketing and management teams to prioritize and identify products needed for online store or for other platforms
Implement product database and e-commerce site research to create product categories, manage offers received on products, and create/edit entries when necessary
All other office duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
General computer skills and use of intermediate knowledge of Excel is mandatory
Knowledge of E-commerce (e.g., eBay, Amazon and/or online retail) required
Typing speed of 40+ WPM (may be tested to measure speed)
Ability to be flexible and adapt to fast-paced changing situations
Ability to understand in-house software and systems and assist with any possible troubleshooting
Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks with ease and professionalism
Able to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Must obtain a strong sense of urgency, determination and attention to detail
