    Job Description

     FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customers calls, live chats and emails about our products, after-sales calls, as well as taking orders and troubleshooting customer issues. The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary contact with our customers acting as an advocate for their needs, seeking best-fit solutions with a personal touch. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing Unique Loom customer satisfaction by providing exemplary proactive and reactive communication. The Customer Service Representative will be assessed by their adherence to Unique Loom’s service values, their passion for service, their obsession with quality, communication skill, professionalism, and drive for personal and professional growth.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Providing an outstanding customer experience in each interaction
    • Communicating directly with our customers in compliance with the company guidelines via chat, emails and phone calls and other forms of correspondence
    • Demonstrating a customer-centric mindset
    • Giving general information on a wide array of our floor covering products
    • Processing orders directly through live chat, phone, and email
    • Providing order status information and shipping information (tracking orders; returns, pick-up, etc.)
    • Answering and resolving customer complaints with patience and empathy
    • Processing finance requests (processing refund queries, invoice/statement queries)
    • Any other duties/projects as directed by Management

    Requirements

     

    • Associates or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
    • Salesforce experience (preferred)
    • Previous experience in call centers (preferred)
    • Typing skills: 38+ wpm (required)
    • Dependable home internet connection
    • Demonstrates patience and empathy
    • Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Assertive and positive attitude
    • Able to work under pressure at a constant pace for an entire shift, in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multitask while paying attention to details
    • Full-time availability with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
    • Technical skills: utilizing multiple computer screens, multiple platforms with speed and accuracy in navigating systems
