Unishippers is hiring full-time Sales Representatives to work in our New Jersey Franchise office. We are focused on growth, so we are looking for people who are driven, competitive and hard-working and who have a desire to win!

Each year, the top Sales Representative are also awarded a paid vacation to a luxury resort. You will have the opportunity to prospect new business and build ongoing relationships with customers while delivering our companies value proposition.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Daily account prospecting.
• Create and present competitive proposals to prospects.
• Set up and demonstrate our shipping platforms.
• Continued support of existing customers.
• Achieve and maintain Sales Goals.

Our open positions are for business hours only. No weekends or holidays. A great training program is also provided. We offer training in our office along with an intense training program at the start of employment at our main Support Center.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• Experience in leadership, achievement & competitive environments.
• Experience with sales support and knowledge of freight transportation preferred.
• Professionalism, energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity.
• Computer skills to include; MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles and achieves goals.
• Experience with addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
• Articulates ideas clearly and concisely, adjusting the message to match the audience.
