JOB DESCRIPTION

Unisource National Lender Services, a national title insurance and escrow company licensed in 45 states and rapidly expanding, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Escrow Officer/Team Lead to work with our state of the art national operations to handle our expanded volume of business. You will work with national mortgage lenders in the processing of national refinance transactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Senior Escrow Officer and Team Lead, you will be involved in aspects of the closing and managing process for mortgage refinancing for a team you will manage. Your specific duties will include:

1. Review and preparing estimated closing disclosures (CDs)

2. Preparing files for signing and monitoring the closing

3. Responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to any customer inquiries

4. Ensuring that all necessary information has been ordered and is accurate, and reviewing information for completeness and compliance

5. Ensuring that title issues are resolved and files are properly balanced prior to closing

6. Preparing and submitting closed loan package and disbursement documentation, recording package, final policy package to the appropriate internal department

7. Preparing Consumer Disclosers (CD), developing fee sheets, approving fees on the CD and other required miscellaneous documents

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific qualifications for the Escrow Officer position include:

1. Minimum of 4 years' experience processing escrow files and preferably team lead experience with managing and running report

2. Experience with preparing / producing HUDs and balancing a refinance transaction for national refinance business

3. Extreme attention to detail and able to respond to a high volume of e-mails
