We are a growing uniform supplier in Westminster, Maryland seeking a highly motivated, service and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team! As the main point of contact for our clients, you are responsible to set-up and manage their uniform program in our proprietary web-based system, offer exceptional service and provide better solutions to help drive company revenue.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum two years experience in Account Management
• Technological capability to work with internal software system
• An intermediate level of knowledge with Excel is required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and on-time delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• The primary point of contact and building long term relationships with clients
• Liaison between clients and internal staff to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet client's needs
• Source product and set up new accounts in our proprietary web-based software
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, and online meetings
• Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests to add value to job accomplishments
