UBCCU has an opening for a Part-time Teller position in our Bay City branches working around 25 hours per week. Must be available some Saturdays. As a team mate you must have: • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and a professional manner • Prior cash handling experience • A High School diploma or equivalent • Computer skills • Ability to cross sell products and services • Function in a team environment • The ability to stand for long periods of time.
Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, money orders, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash and check totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Performs related teller, receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Works to reach organization goals as defined by management that will improve their experience and the credit union, as a whole.
