Associate

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for selling and promoting products in a retail environment. This sales position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions
- Increase sales by suggesting products and promoting sales
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Stock and replenish merchandise as inventory is sold
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Work collaboratively with the store team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays
