As our agent, you will handle Inbound and Outbound calls for inquiries relating to our clothing drive fundraising and sales programs.     Job Responsibilities

    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Gathering basic customer information to determine eligibility via phone or email.
    • Daily use of a CRM for the purpose of working fund drives and sales partnerships.
    • Answering inquiries regarding clothing drive fundraisers and partnerships
    • Coordinating preferred dates and times for follow up.
    • Entering data into the CRM and updating customer account during calls
    • Make outbound calls to leads for the purpose of soliciting fundraising and partnerships.
    • Create new leads and accounts in CRM.
    • Outbound cold calls to estate sales, partners, and business to solicit for items to be collected.
    • Work new marketing leads requests for information clothing drive fundraisers (Phill the Box)
    • Work with Support Center Manager and Sales/Fundraising Senior Director to ensure processes are complete.
    • Develop relationships with clients for continued support of their partnerships and drive opportunities. Ability to go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
    • Maintain a positive, energetic, informative, and professional attitude toward clients always.
    • Solves issues relating to fund drives and partners with field coordinators, collection manager, transportation manager and corporate transportation manager.
    • Knowledge of Phill the Box fundraising program and partner process inside and out so you can answer key questions or current and potential customers.
    • Responsible for setting up 3-5 clothing drives per week after the initial training period.
    • Responsible for outbound calling or contacts of a minimum of 100 per week (how many leads per day or Right Party Contacts)
    • Responsible for 1-3 new partners, estate sales or businesses weekly
    • Maintain working knowledge of the program with weekly sales team call.
    • Possible travel to PTA/PTO, Band Boosters, Recycling conferences throughout the year
    • Update working calendar with conferences, recycling events and any other related sales events.

    Education/Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1 to 3 years Customer Service and or sales in a Call Center Environment preferred.
    • Familiar with Microsoft office software
