    Job Description

     

    Flexible position for a bright, self-sufficient, reliable admin & accounting assistant. This is a unique real estate & vacation rental business based in Hampton Beach, where you will assist with administrative tasks, accounting and tax information. 

     

    We have year-round properties and create amazing beach vacation experiences in the summertime. Primary tasks will be assisting the owner with daily administrative tasks, basic accounting and compiling information for taxes. 

     

    This is a great opportunity to grow your current skills, learn about real estate, vacation rentals, business, entrepreneurial & leadership skills in a fun & positive environment. There is amazing potential to grow & maybe have a long-term opportunity. This is a paid position, pay is $25-$30+/hr, part-time to full-time. It would be a combination of in person and remote work, much of it could likely be done remotely. This a great opportunity for both ppl looking for full-time work and ppl looking to make extra money on a flexible part-time schedule. 

     

    Looking for someone who can start immediately & has a flexible schedule. 

     

    Qualifications:

    -Looking for a self-starter who can take initiative, work quickly & efficiently.

     

    -Must be able to perform administrative and accounting tasks.

     

    -Must have positive attitude, be able to think out of the box & be willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done. 

     

    -Must have flexible schedule. 

     

    -Must love people, have a positive, friendly disposition & be able to work efficiently.
