ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Read requirements and specifications to fully understand the systems required for the components being used
• Assess, plan and produce test fixtures
• Conduct testing
• Provide training for newer employees on product and process.
• Operates with limited supervision
• Works with others to create SOPs and create / implement safety protocols
• Adherence to all company safety procedures and standards
• Conducts 6S and safety audits
• Adherence to corporate compliance policy, including performing all duties in a professional and responsible manner
• Completion of work in a timely and efficient manner
• Extensive product and installation process knowledge
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of college, technical institute courses or equivalent work experience is desirable.
• 2+ years of related experience is preferred; comprehension of general mechanical engineering concepts is required.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
