Tasks/ Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Schedule video/onsite interviews and phone screens for candidates providing logistics support for strategic initiatives and travel arrangements
Manage recruiting operations in close partnership with Recruiters to streamline the recruiting process
Serve as primary candidate liaison, ensuring a superb candidate experience
Ensuring a positive candidate experience no matter where the interview takes place
Update candidate information, job descriptions and postings in our applicant tracking system
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Submits online investigations requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
Reconciles benefits statements.
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
Assists with processing of termination.
Assists with preparation of the performance review process.
Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Prepares new-employee files.
