    Mile High Flea Market, Denver's oldest and favorite Flea Market for over 40 years, is searching for a Food Service Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for providing support to the Food Service Director and Assistant Director. Some of the duties required for this position are Departmental Recruiting, HRIS data management, employee relations, administrative support, and more. Due to the nature and handling of sensitive information, the Administrative Assistant will be expected to perform at a high level of confidentiality and discretion as well as adhere to all Mile High Flea Market's policies and procedures. Recruiting: Works with the Food Service Director and Assistant Director to formulate job descriptions and submit to HR for Requisition creation Track current job openings Assist in calling and scheduling candidates Develop a good understanding of all positions and assist in recruiting efforts Draft and circulate email requests from Director and Assistant Director regarding hiring needs Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Onboarding: Conduct New Hire Orientations and Onboarding Process Assist new employees as they navigate ADP profile Facilitates completion of required onboarding paperwork and returned to HR when finished Conducts check-ins with new hires Follows up with hiring managers to ensure updated information is provided while insuring a smooth positive experience Administrative Support: Filing, creating labels, mailings, data input, audits Create new hire packets Partner with personnel coordinator to schedule department personnel Assist team members with company policies and procedures Ensure team members are assigned to the correct department Maintains inventory records Performs other duties, as assigned Requirements: Must be over the age of 18 High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
