United Flea Markets, is seeking a Marketing Assistant who will be working as part of our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with social media management, communications, helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials, and provide administrative support to our marketing team. To be chosen for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Prior work experience in administration, sales, or marketing is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role. Responsibilities Provide administrative support Assists in coordination of marketing plans and campaigns Coordinate and execute email and text campaigns Assist with reporting of leads and other marketing analytics Assist with graphic creation for flyers, videos, social media Assist with website content updates and maintenance Develop relationships with onsite vendors for social media content and event partnerships Take lead in being onsite point of contact Lead new social media tactic campaigns for platform at Mile High Flea Market level. Must stay on top of the latest social media trends through research in specific marketing publications, periodicals and online. Develop and incorporate trends into Mile High Flea Market's Social Media Plan. Assist with on-property events, included but not limited to: Assist with greeting, payment and overseeing of event vendors Assist with large scale events such as an Easter event, Halloween, Car Show, Sporting team event with being the onsite point of contact. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements On-Site, No Remote work Available Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study The position requires working on weekends (Wednesday - Sunday) 1-3 years combined experience in business development, marketing, event management, and/or project management Highly organized, able to coordinate coinciding campaigns Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are a must Reliable, consistent, accountable and trustworthy Able to work individually as well as part of a team Highly analytical, incredible attention to detail, and able to meet multiple project deadlines Must be results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a demanding, fast paced work environment Website maintenance/e-marketing experience, with a good working knowledge of social media marketing tools, analytics and SEO is desirable Graphic design knowledge in Photoshop and video production skills are desirable but not required
