Qualifications
Specific responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and ongoing support to franchisees, to help grow their business and increase profitability
- Provide advice in areas including customer service, sales, marketing, staffing, retail excellence, business planning, business coaching and business reporting
- Conduct effective regional training & development workshops for Franchise Partners
- Motivate franchisees to implement Local Area Marketing initiatives
- Provide franchisees with the necessary tools, skills and information to confidently contact customers and deliver targeted results
- Manage franchisee compliance
Key Personal Attributes include:
- High level leadership and team building skills
- Advance communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to execute operational working procedures and protocols in line with company standards
- Some financial management experience / expertise
- Computer / systems / technology savvy (including MS Word, Excel & Power Point)
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
