AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR UNITED FUNDING LOGISTICS, YOU WILL PLAY A VITAL ROLE IN HELPING INDIVIDUALS IMPROVE THEIR CREDIT SCORES AND FINANCIAL HEALTH. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE REACHING OUT TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND ASSESSING THEIR NEEDS.
YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED ON YOUR ABILITY TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN COMPLEX FINANCIAL CONCEPTS IN A CLEAR AND CONCISE MANNER, WHILE ALSO BEING ABLE TO LISTEN TO AND UNDERSTAND THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF EACH CLIENT.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS. A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL CONCEPTS, INCLUDING CREDIT SCORES AND CREDIT REPORTS, IS ALSO HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

JOB PURPOSE
THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS WHO ENGAGED IN DIFFERENT FORMS, WEBINARS, OR EVENTS FROM UNITED FUNDING LOGISTICS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CONSULT VIRTUALLY WITH LEADS THROUGH THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) DATABASE TO EDUCATE POTENTIAL CLIENTS ON OUR SERVICES, AND PROVIDE CONSULTATIVE SOLUTIONS TO INCREASE SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DRIVE REVENUE
MAKE 70-100 SALES CALLS AND EMAILS PER DAY TO PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
MANAGE AND UPDATE THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) DATABASE, INCLUDING – SCHEDULED CALLS, UPDATED CLIENT RECORDS, NOTES FROM EACH CALL, AND APPOINTMENTS SET.
DEVELOP SALES SKILLS AND MAINTAIN A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF OUR PRODUCT OFFERING TO OPTIMIZE SALES RESULTS; REMAIN UP-TO-DATE WITH NEW PRODUCT INITIATIVES, SERVICES, INDUSTRY TRENDS, AND OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION OF INTEREST TO CUSTOMERS.
ACHIEVE OR EXCEED MONTHLY ACTIVITY AND LEAD GENERATION METRICS TO ACHIEVE REVENUE TARGETS AS SET BY MANAGEMENT
SEND ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED BY PROSPECTS ALONG WITH THANK YOU NOTES AND FOLLOW-UP LETTERS WHENEVER APPROPRIATE
DAILY REVIEW OF THE LEADS PROVIDED FROM THE DIFFERENT SOURCES AND FUNNELS
