    United Home Experts is an industry leading home improvement company currently seeking to add a Finance Administrator who is hardworking, self-motivated, experienced, and trustworthy.

    This role requires you to support efficient office operations by providing comprehensive financial support. To fill this role, you must be tech savvy, dependable, and have a desire to grow with us.

    The ideal candidate for this position is organized, personable, and takes pride in accomplishing tasks to the highest degree of accuracy. They have past/present proven experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and other sensitive record keeping.

    Typical Responsibilities :

    • Be responsible for the weekly Accounts Payable duties including supervising Bill entry, payment approvals and vendor balances

    • Reconciliation of multiple credit accounts

    • Generate a variety of biweekly payroll reports including time clocks, piecework, sales commission, PTO tracking and 401k deposits

    • Generate and reconcile monthly and quarterly use tax bills

    • Assist in administrative onboarding tasks for new hires

    • Assist in benefit audits and open enrollment processes

    • Work closely with the controller to ensure accurately reconciled records

    • Investigate misallocated financial records utilizing a variety of resources to identify and correct errors

    • Provide general administrative support to employees

    • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well supplied office space by contributing to file management and ordering of office supplies

    • Display a friendly, upbeat demeanor with the team, customers, vendors and the general public

    • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine, caring attitude at all times

    • Other responsibilities as assigned by Mgmt.

    Requirements :

    • Proven experience as in a financial / bookkeeping role
    • Past payroll / benefits experience
    • Experience managing sensitive information
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Experience in QuickBooks Online
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt and learn new technology
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Responsible and dependable
    • Ability to stay focused while thriving in a fast-paced environment
    • Desire to learn
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Experience in the Home Improvement industry is a plus

    Salary range is dependent on experience.

    Work Location is 60 Pleasant St Ashland, MA Monday through Friday - This is not a remote position, though non- traditional hours may be considered for the right candidate.
