Luxury Stone Company is currently seeking a CNC Programmer for Granite, Quartz, Marble, and Porcelain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machinery to produce high quality stone products using AlphaCAM software. The candidate will be additionally responsible for managing the setup of cycles along with operators, monitoring the production process, and ensuring the finished products meet quality standards. A great attitude and strong work ethic is more important than experience. Responsibilities: • Program CNC machinery to produce high-quality stone products • Supervise setup and adjustment of the machines according to specifications • Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met • Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to machinery • Supervise machinery and equipment maintenance • Perform quality checks on finished products • Follow safety procedures and protocols Qualifications: • Experience in programming and/or operating CNC machinery • Experience in working with marble, quartz, granite, and porcelain • Understanding of CNC programming and software • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Strong attention to detail and quality control • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills/ Bilingual a plus • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Safety-oriented Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
