ABOUT UNITED MEDICAL CREDIT:
United Medical Credit offers healthcare providers financing solutions for their patients resulting in the high approval rates through one simple online application.
THE POSITION ENTAILS:
- Assisting our online loan applicants with any questions they may have
- Making 75+ Outbound calls a day to new loan applicants
- Following up with applicants to help them complete their loan
- Replying to emails from applicants using our helpdesk
- Some Data Entry
- Some Administrative Work
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Handling customer communications in a friendly, professional and timely manner
- Phone and email communication
- Responding to client inquiries and other assigned tasks
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the industry
- Interacting with other internal departments
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong Oral and written communication
- Knowledge of finance industry is a plus
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong emphasis on attendance
- Ability to work full time.
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus!
AA/BA/BS preferred!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
