BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner under Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking to hire an exceptional Partner (Clinic Director/Physical Therapist) to open a new location in Maynardville, TN. We are experts at building successful partnerships, and we do this by working closely with you to support expansion, gain market share and create greater access for patients and providers. You will have the satisfaction of developing and growing a clinic from the ground up, with the added support of Upstream Rehabilitation’s DENOVO/Partnership process!

Required Skills Required Experience

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Good interpersonal skills required to meet and service the public.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to speak and read the English language
• Maintain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Must be able to follow a recipe, use scales, and operate large kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to blend twist, stoop, push and lift large containers of hot food.

Preferred Qualifications

• One-year experience in preparation of large quantities of food using standardized recipes.
