Rogers Behavioral Health is embarking on a large-scale digital transformation initiative which includes migrating to new business applications for Human Resources and Payroll, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), all ERP functions, as well as adopting a data integration middleware platform and designing a new data warehouse for business intelligence reporting.
Summary :
The Sr. System Administrator is responsible for supporting Rogers private cloud network, a 3rd party network, and an on-premises network. If you enjoy being more of an IT Generalist/Consultant who enjoys learning new technology, this is the position for you. Our IT team works very well collaboratively, and you will be exposed to some of the newest technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Work with software analyst on the design of new or upgraded systems, connectivity, and server design, configuration, and set-up
- Maintain support tasks surrounding Windows server/system administration (IE DNS, DHCP, VPN, Active Directory, Virtualization, Group Policy)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for servers, computers, printers and IT devices. Responses may be outside of normal business hours
- Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot company physical and virtual (VMware & Hyper-V)server infrastructure
- Manage daily administration and monitoring of the Office 365 email system
- Maintain, monitor, and administer backups to ensure data integrity. Perform restores to validate data recovery
- Perform scripting activities surrounding Power Shell, batch, etc (cloud focused)
- Maintain UPS systems to prevent power failure risk. Monitoring usage & availability
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 6 years of system administration experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 2 years of system administration experience
- Experience with windows server operating systems is preferred
- Experience with Cloud Technology is required, Azure and Cloud Microsoft is preferred
- Experience working collaboratively within an Agile project management environment is required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
