    Responsible for the adherence of regulatory standards, operations materials management and the coordination of department activities.  Assist with facilitation of performance improvement, education, competency and certification of staff.

    Required Skills

    Required Skills:

    • BLS certificate
    • L.A. City Fire Card within six months of hire.
    • High School Diploma preferred AA or BA degree.
    • Recent experience in a clinical medical or hospital setting with proven administrative ability.
    • Computer skills including Power Point, Excel and Word.
    • Assists with payroll and departmental charges as assigned.
    • Assists with clerical aspects of the Decedent Affairs program.
    • Completes EDRS certification.

    Required Experience

     

     

    • High school graduate, and additional specialized secretarial courses and/or college education preferred.

    • Five years of progressively responsible secretarial experience required, with two years of experience in an administrative or executive office required.

    • Advanced computer experience essential.
