United Nissan is seeking a DMV Title Clerk to join our team!The position requires a positive, organized, detail oriented individual with at least one year dealership motor vehicle experience.

Knowledge of out of state motor vehicle is a MUST.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

·         Review and bill lease and retail deals

·         Process vehicle titles work both in state and out of state

·         Post and prepare title work for wholesale vehicles

·         Submit, process and refund for extended service and GAP agreements

·         Reconciliation of associated schedules

·         Assist the billing desk as needed

·         Prepare deals to send to multiple lenders

·         Billing DMV paperwork for deliveries

·         Maintain record of motor vehicle for future MVC audits

·         Wholesale deals Flipping titles Provide additional support as needed

·         Knowledge of Reynolds and /Reg USA/NJCAR/CVR preferred.
