HOURLY + COMMISSION+ BONUSES
The continued growth of our Glendale facility has led to the openings of 10 Customer Service and collection representative positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute collection efforts of multiple account receivable balances for different companies and work closely with outside finance and consolidation companies.
- Contact customers that are behind in the payment of their bills.
- Work with these customers to ensure bills are repaid in a timely basis.
- Negotiate new payment terms and other topics to collect the debt
- Track progress via collections system.

- Highly focused on customer service.
- Good listening skills, sensitive to the customer's concerns and needs while resolving repayment issues.
- Ability to develop out of the box approaches to reach win-win solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Bilingual a plus (not required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
- Must be multitasking oriented, organized, and set priorities to meet deadlines.
