MONDAY - FRIDAY (8:30AM-5:00PM) WEEKENDS OFF!

Must be able to work from home or in the office as needed.

PART TIME OR FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

United Pacific Pet is a 100 year old independently owned pet products distributor and bird and small animal food manufacturer located in the Fontana/Mira Loma area. For more information visit our website at www.uppet.com.

We work hard and like to have fun at the same time. You will have the opportunity to purchase pet products at a discount and learn about animal nutrition and new and exciting pet products from our suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Input incoming orders and coordinate all related checks and balances
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Build sales with existing customer base by selling promotions and services
• Work closely with outside sales representatives to accomplish goals and assist with accounts' needs
• Enthusiastically work with manufacturer representatives with the intent to build a strong, prosperous relationship. Make them enjoy and prefer working with United Pacific Pet.
• Provide customers with the highest customer service
• Provide constant follow up on pending orders with customer and purchasing department when necessary
• Process all returns and credits in a timely manner
• Review daily order edit
• Maintain account contact call list
• Other duties as assigned

• Enthusiastic, outgoing attitude
• 2-4 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Deadline- and detail-oriented
