Job Description

United Parking LLC is looking to hire part-time and full-time help in the Providence RI area. We are looking for experienced or inexperienced valet attendants. If you have some valet experience or are interested in being trained please apply. Must be reliable and punctual as well as a better-than-fair driving record. Only those with a good presentation are encouraged to apply because this is a public-facing position. We are looking for those who have daytime and nighttime availability as well as some weekend availability- any combination of availability is acceptable.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Open all car doors, and venue doors, hold umbrellas, and offer information, direction, and assistance to handicapped and elderly customers

Handle cash, valet tickets, keys, company attire, and equipment with honesty, professionalism, respect, and care.

Maintain a professional appearance, language, demeanor, and behavior

Eligibility Requirements:

Generally must have at least 3-4 years of driving experience.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record (MVR) that meets the criteria of our insurance carrier

Drive manual transmission is a plus

Dependable transportation

Skills Required *Must demonstrate strong customer service skills

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous manner at all times

Must be able to run or stand for up to 8 hours at a time

Safety and efficiency of vehicle handling

Reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Salary-This is an hourly plus tip position. Income is based on experience and willingness to learn. Average income is between $17-$23
