Client Care Specialist -- Hamilton, OH
The Applications Specialist offers primary support for UPM end users on the ERP system and other business applications. Acting as a technology leader and advisor for various departments across the company, they will be in continuous communication with other members of the UPM team, both within and outside of the IT department, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of current processes. Exposure to all levels of UPM procedure, from detailed order entry to widescale strategic initiatives, are commonplace. Thus, with opportunities to participate in significant business improvement projects, this role positions an individual well in their growth of knowledge in both business and IT processes.

Required Skills
· Bachelor's Degree and 5 years relevant experience and/or training.
· Expertise in utilizing and interpreting analytical software.
· Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc…
· Willingness to participate in training and certification in other areas.
