Full Time Counter (Inside) Sales / Warehouse Position - HVAC/R Wholesale We are an nationwide industry leader supplying HVAC/R parts and equipment, plus job supplies on the wholesale market to our contractor and customer base. Job Highlights - Full Time, Fixed Schedule (8 hours, between 7am and 5pm, discussed upon offer), Monday-Friday. - Warehouse work will involve shipping, receiving, stocking, loading and unloading shipments and delivery vehicles. Manual labor and fork-lift work will be involved. - Counter work will require greeting customers, answering phones and operating company computer system and email application Essential Job Functions - Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known) - Provide accurate and timely execution of customer's orders, requests and other services - Pull orders for customers - Load and unload company, customer and outside carrier vehicles using proper equipment - Prepare product for shipment via UPS, FedEx and common carrier - Receive shipments from UPS, FedEx and common carrier - Break down and put away stock using proper equipment - Regular and punctual attendance Other Job Functions - Assist at counter as needed - Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment inside and out; i.e., empty trash, sweep floors, clean bathroom(s), etc. Physical Demands - Requires moving, lifting, and carrying up to 75 pounds - Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching and ability to climb ladders - Ability to use computer system as pertains to the job - Ability to get along with customers and other employees, follow directions and work under pressure in a fast paced environment Company Description United Refrigeration Inc. is one of the largest distributors of refrigeration, air conditioning and heating parts and equipment in North America.
