Job Description
As Canvassing Manager Join our fast-growing roofing company as a Canvassing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving our outreach efforts and expanding our customer base. We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to lead our door-to-door canvassing team to success. This is a physical role that will be performed outside in most elements. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute strategic plans for neighborhood canvassing campaigns to identify potential customers and promote our roofing services.
Train, mentor, and provide ongoing coaching to canvassing team members to enhance their communication, persuasion, and sales skills.
Create and implement performance metrics to track the effectiveness of canvassing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align canvassing initiatives with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes of conduct, and company policies during canvassing activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience in direct sales, canvassing, or field marketing, with experience in a leadership or management role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential customers and inspire your team.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing schedules, territories, and lead tracking effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
Familiarity with roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
This is a salaried role plus commission with uncapped earning potential. The average canvas manager earns $70,000-$100,000 per year.
