Job Summary: The Sales Administrator goal is to provide a high-level of service to support our brick & mortar sales and ecommerce teams (for omni-channel customers) and assist the fast-growing needs of our specialty, airport, department store, and e-commerce customers to achieve our annual sales goals. What the role will entail: * Assist the National Sales Manager in day-to-day management of Sales team projects (Red booth/HubSpot) and retailer/account base needs * Collate and manage a master list of retail locations used by multiple departments * Product Information Management - manage all customer product build sheets & image requirements to include PIM spreadsheets, GXS product catalog, WeTransfer files, and other customer-specific portals to fulfill their requirements * Customer Agreements and Communication - coordinate New Account onboarding needs and document exchange, liaising between customers and all internal departments. Manage the library of all customer records in internal portal once completed * Spiff Program - monthly management of on-line portal with finance team, validate associate's earnings based on actual sales, and communicate directly with associates as needed * Monitor all in-store VM requests and investments (fixtures, lightboxes, in-store assets) * Product Sample Management - arrange for sample needs from Asia for all sales meetings, distribute samples to Sales Team, and manage sample inventory in New York Office. * Coordinate Key Customer Meetings, Retailer Events & Sales Meetings - for new store openings, new product launches, marketing promotions, and internal team meetings * Trade Show Coordination (up to 8 annually) - assist Sales on logistics and implementation for all annual trade shows and manage the trade show calendar What the qualifications for the job are: * Minimum Associates degree with 3 to 5 years' experience * Previous project management experience required, with retail sales experience a plus * Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) * Ability to manage multiple priorities while being detail-oriented * Ability to take initiative, while working proactively as part of a team and independently * Strong communication (written & oral) and organizational skills * Technology savvy and comfortable learning new systems, e.g., USL Net, AS400, PIM, GXS, Red booth, HubSpot, WeTransfer, Canto, NuOrder & others * This is a hybrid position, with flexibility to work from home - 2 days a week What a candidate must do to be Successful: * Gain a thorough understanding of B&R brand objectives, key channels & customers * Establish a dedicated Red booth workspace to prioritize and manage all sales projects/requests * Possess knowledge of all B&R products and pricing, and competency on USL Net CRM * Ongoing maintenance of our master store location list to achieve 100% accuracy * Successful integration in working with Sales and as a liaison with USL teams What we can offer you: * Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K with match, profit sharing, optional Short & Long Term Disability plans, Identity Theft Protection and EAP. * Paid Time Off * Career Growth Opportunities * Hybrid or Remote Work Schedule * Employee Referral Bonus program * Employee Discounts * Annual Incentive Bonus Our Values: * Family * Keep Your Commitments * Whatever It Takes * Respect & Dignity * Smart& Steady * Do the Right Thing * Passion, Pride & Loyalty * Humility As a US Luggage team member, you will be part of our community efforts that is committed to giving back to the communities where we live, work and travel.
