POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist works collaboratively with OneSource management, associates and the Human Resource team to provide strong support in the area of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role is responsible for a variety of HR activities, primarily focused on recruiting, onboarding and supporting talent through Company policies and procedures in addition to building positive relationships with Managers and Associates.

QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures; understanding of EEO, EEOC, OFCCP, and other employment and labor laws.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast pace environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage processes and staffing functions within a multi-site, multi-state company.
Demonstrated effectiveness leading full life cycle recruitment efforts.
Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills to include: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), knowledge of downloading, exporting and importing data to and from a variety of systems, saving, deleting and organizing files, email etiquette and Internet use, strong data entry and accurate keyboard skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion; trustworthy.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
