    Summary: create, implement and oversee content, messaging and communication of the OMC Properties employment brand to target potential job applicants, and communicate effectively with current hosts. Provide and assist with employment services for all properties within OMC.

    • Create, implement and oversee all HR employment advertising and recruiting materials including, but not limited to radio, newspaper, digital, and social media.
    • Oversee the development and production of photo and video content for employment purposes.
    • Work in conjunction with OMC Property’s Marketing team to be consistent with the brand style guide, maintain the OMC Property’s employment website, and its related functions.
    • Assisting with recruitment efforts for all Silver Dollar City Attractions; including but not limited to recruiting at job fairs, community functions, and/or schools.
    • Participating in preliminary phone-screening with an emphasis on being selective in the preliminary interview process.
    • Support the entire HR tactic through special projects or assignments as needed.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
    • Must display and live Lead with Love qualities by being: patient, kind, humble, respectful, selfless, forgiving, honest and committed.
    • Utilize effective communication, problem solving, conflict management and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on time.

    Required Experience

    Educational and Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a HR with a proven track record.
    • Recruiting and interviewing experience preferred.
    • Theme park experience or experience in a business with a large seasonal staff preferred.
    • Proven computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Previous training and/or public speaking experience preferred.
    • Must have proven organizational skills and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
    • Must be able to maintain a climate of professionalism in the office at all times, to include interactions within the office, appearance, and personal hygiene.
    • Strong analytical skills required.
    • Able to speak, read and write English.
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • One year previous experience or some surgical clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
    • Communication skills: ability to effectively present information to patients, physicians, and other employees of surgery center.
    • Basic math skills.
