    No Weekends, No Call, No Holidays

    Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View is seeking a Part-Time Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse. We are a busy multispecialty surgery center serving Northern Suffolk and an affiliate of United Surgical Partners International (USPI). USPI’s mission is to care for each patient and their family as if they were our own. Each patient, each family, each and every time.

    The Registered Nurse is responsible for all departmental functions in support of USPI’s mission, vision, and facility goals. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The Registered Nurse works with Senior Management in meeting facility safety, quality, customer service, and financial goals.

    Required Skills

    • Education: Graduate of a professional school of Nursing – BSN preferred
    • Licensure: Current license as a VA Registered Nurse
    • Certifications: BLS required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days
    • Experience: 2 years’ ambulatory experience preferred
    • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    USPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.
