Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator
Position Overview: The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of employees in the central billing offices. This includes but is not limited to ensuring a positive candidate experience starting with creating dynamic job descriptions, job advertisement, candidate screening, and ending with the successful onboarding of employees.
Responsibilities:
-Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
-Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
-Develop and release job postings through the applicant tracking system and other platforms, such as social media and job boards
-Manage the database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
-Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiations
-Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
-Continuously partner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
Required Skills
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School diploma/GED required.
-3-5 years of previous recruitment experience in the medical field.
-Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
-Familiarity with job boards, ATS software, databases, and management systems.
-Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
-Ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships, communicating effectively both internally and externally.
-Must possess positive attitude to enhance a cooperative and energetic work environment.
