  • Responsibilities

    Receive incoming calls and referrals and triage patients to schedule. Shall be knowledgeable of HIPPA regulations concerning protected healthcare information and other federal guidelines regarding confidentiality.  Shall be flexible to perform a variety of duties.  This position requires strong interpersonal skills to regularly interact professionally, promptly and courteously with patients, physicians and their offices, in addition to other center personnel.  The Managing Director for Lone Star Endoscopy may assign additional responsibilities and special assignments.

    Required Experience

    EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.  One year of related experience and/or training.  Basic math skills and computer competency are needed.
