    The THVG Partnership Liaison will assist the THVG Physician Relations Manager in identifying strategic marketing opportunities with area primary care physicians in the service area of the THVG facilities. Once identified, the THVG Partnership Liaison will assist in focusing efforts on educating primary care offices on the surgical service lines at the THVG facilities and assist in building relationships with surgical specialists on staff at the THVG facilities.

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The THVG Partnership Liaison will support the THVG Physician Relations Manager in the development and execution of growth initiatives for THVG facilities. The customized growth plans will focus on enhancing patient’s access to THVG facilities by working with the service line specialists to implement the plans in the market. The role requires a significant amount of field work within THVG markets and the ability to work creatively and independently to achieve measurable results. The position will receive direction and support from the THVG Physician Relations Manager as well as market leadership.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Interact with THVG Director of Physician Relations, the regional sales team and market leadership to develop and execute growth strategy and initiatives.
    • Interact with the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance to communicate network utilization metrics, insurance changes and to identify opportunities for education and collaboration with our THVG facilities.
    • Develop DNA (Doctor Network Analysis) expertise and utilize DNA market data to focus resources on highest value opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with primary care practices to implement facility growth initiatives.
    • Train/educate the market and physician practices to improve alignment with THVG constituent physicians
    • Weekly CRM update to all appropriate parties in the market

     

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Establishes and maintains long-term physician and office staff relationships
    • Communicates physician or office staff needs, as identified, to sales and operations leadership team to create positive impact
    • Identifies other ASC/hospital relationships that physicians may have
    • Collaborate with Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance counterparts to ensure THVG specialist involvement
    • Present findings and potential growth solutions to market leadership

    • Present findings and potential solutions to key leaders in the organization
    • Create and execute programs and services to maintain and expand existing physician case volumes in our facilities
    • Able to interpret and disseminate information, including key information about changes in the marketplace and physician patterns
    • Create and review InfoSource reports for respective facilities on a regular basis.
    • Utilize weekly reports to assist in viewing recent utilization, establish trends, and assess what additional opportunity exists
    • Establish a baseline of cases per facility and per physician
    • Measure growth of cases on a quarterly basis, either on quarter over quarter growth, or year over year growth
    • Use, update and enter data into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application
