    The ERA is responsible for the strategic alignment of business objectives with employees and management.  He/she serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.   Acts as an employee champion and change agent; assesses and anticipates HR-related needs; communicates needs proactively with the HR department and leadership as necessary.  He/she develops integrated solutions to ensure the success of the organization.

    Required Skills

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Customer Service skills, Critical thinking skills, Problem solving skills, and Computer skills
    • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred.
    • LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment

    Required Experience

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Two years’ experience in a healthcare setting.  
    • Min five years of investigatory experience
