We are looking to hire a Sr. Software Engineer to add to our ever growing Engineering team. The team is supporting large scale enterprise software solutions for the Driver License and ID Programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Work on a team of developers and QA engineers
• Provide analysis, design, software changes/enhancements and bug fixes as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues in fielded software, configuration and database related issues in an Enterprise environment
• Rework/remediate existing software
• Interaction with hardware peripherals and software drivers
• Create/update technical engineering documentation
• Interact with other developers, Systems Engineers, Program Managers, QA Engineers, and Application Engineers

Required Experience

• Must be a United States Citizen only. No dual citizens, Green Card Holders, Foreign Visa Holders (student, work, H1B, or any other type) or ties to any other country.
• BS in Computer Science /Engineering or equivalent in a technical field
• 5+ years’ experience in software development.
• Documented experience with object oriented design and development.
• Experience writing technical documents and reports would be highly beneficial to the role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Software fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to communication with various levels or personnel.
