SENIOR VISUAL DESIGNER
The Senior Visual Designer partners with our strategy, creative, technology and marketing teams to create inspiring design concepts and pixel perfect design comps from concept to launch.
Responsibilities include:
- Partners with project teams to design concepts intended to elevate brands and drive revenue
- Works with creative leads to ensure creative concepts and tactics are on brand and strategically sound
- Works closely with technology teams to design the best digital experiences possible within project parameters
- Works with project managers to schedule deadlines and resolve resource and delivery issues
- Meets with and presents to clients
- Iterates designs based on internal and client feedback
- Prepares digital assets—sizing, compressing, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a digital agency or equivalent preferred
- Ability to design for any device and platform, providing intuitive, functional visual solutions and user experiences
- Strong basis in establishing and extending design systems—type, color, layout, interaction design, etc.
- Strong experience with digital content preparation
- Familiarity with design for responsive web-based experiences
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to support team
- Demonstrated ability to work to work well under deadlines
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
