    $12,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

    _NIGHT SHIFT _

    This position is an opportunity for a dynamic leader to join a top-notch, surgically-focused hospital that performs over 11,000 procedures a year. The RN House Supervisor shall demonstrate leadership in management, operations, nursing affairs, strategic planning, and the policy formulation process. 

    The House Supervisor is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals. The supervisor helps identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the facility, taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The house supervisor identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The House Supervisor works with Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Management in meeting Facility goals and takes patient assignments as needed to meet census demands and fluctuations.     Required Skills

    • Graduate of professional school of nursing. BSN preferred.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Post-Surgical Unit Nursing or Critical Care.
    • Current Texas RN License
    • BLS, ACLS, and PALS
    • Knowledge of TDH, Medicare and Joint Commission rules & regulations.
    • Ability to make independent sound nursing and management decisions.
    • Liaison between staff, management, and administration as needed

    Required Experience

  • Qualifications
