  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for performing high-level administrative and related human resources duties in an efficient and effective manner within the Human Resources Department while interacting in a professional, courteous manner with applicants, employees, and all members of the public. Responsible for consistently displaying a teamwork approach, considering the impact of his/her actions and behaviors on others. Accurately answer basic Employment, Benefits, and Human Resources inquiries; Greet and assist employees; Respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; Perform typing, emailing, data entry, and filing.

    Required Experience

    Required:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Three years’ experience with one year in an administrative capacity or in a Human Resources office.

    Preferred:

    • Human Resources courses or college education preferred.
    • Bilingual in Spanish
