    Performs the highest level office management duties in which the end result ensures the continuous efficient operations of the office including building operations. The Office Manager is a vital link between those who make executive-level decisions and those who react to and implement the decisions, along with being an adjunct to the Administrative staff. In this capacity, the Office Manager oversees the procurement of resources for the building including the ordering of supplies, facility support and general communication to staff on behalf of senior leadership. Additionally, the Office Manager is responsible for supporting PHP Administration in the development, management and tracking of Group Policies and Forms, as well as support in the efforts of ensuring appropriate and adequate medical group staffing.

    • Excellent organizational/customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with constant changing priorities
    • Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust
    • Able to interface with all levels of staff and management
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and written skills, positive attitude; be flexible, creative, and innovative
    • Mastery of general office skills (10-key, photocopying, basic mathematics, document formats and styles, etc).
    • Knowledge and ability to perform tasks with other office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) preferred).

    Required Experience

     

    • Successful completion of high school education
    • Five years of progressively responsible secretarial experience required
    • Three years of experience in an administrative or executive office preferred
    • Supervisory experience preferred
