SUMMARY: Assists guests with selling admission tickets to property, cabanas, and lockers. Collects admission tickets and passes entering park grounds, performs bag checks by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Wears a company provided mask at all times in accordance with CDC recommendations.
- Wears other Personal Protective Equipment as deemed necessary.
- Interact/greet guests/vendors/employees entering the park.
- Perform bag check/turnstile duties when requested.
- Take temperatures of guests and employees entering the park.
- Accept payment and make change.
- Balance detail bags daily, prepare cash report at end of shift and turns in detail bag.
- Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Answer questions concerning pricing, schedules and reservations, and provides information concerning other company attractions.
- Use ticket dispensing machine that automatically ejects number of tickets requested by guest and hands ticket to guest.
- Communicate positively with guests and resolve conflict in a friendly, non-offensive manner
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ensure the cabanas and lockers are cleaned of debris and everything in working order for the next rental period.
- Issue rented items and/or keys to customer, accept and record transaction(s)
- Serves Cabana guests on an as needed basis.
