  • Responsibilities

    Under the direction of Home Health Management, the Clinical Support Coordinator performs all tasks related to patient scheduling and supports the Home Health clinical team and Private Duty team by assisting with administrative tasks. Works closely with management to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Acts as a team lead for the Clinical Support Assistants. Serves as a Home Health representative when engaging with patients, their family members, and the community.

    Required Experience

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare field preferred
    • Home Health experience
    • Knowledge of insurance authorization process and basic medical terminology
    • Proficiency in all programs in the Microsoft Office suite
