- Support all areas of USPI’s revenue cycle management operations (which may include aspects of Scheduling, Registration, Coding, Billing, Payments, Collections, and Credit Balance Resolution)
- Create and update process flow documentation across RCM for key processes
- Evaluate and update training guides and materials as directed
- Role may include site visits to ambulatory surgical center (ASC) facilities and/or surgical hospitals, accompanying training and service delivery teams to provide RCM support to USPI affiliates
- Work on specific process improvement initiatives as identified by RCM leadership
- Role is anticipated to span approximately 12 weeks; exact schedule will be agreed upon between the candidate and RCM leadership
