    We are actively seeking a full-time POSTING LIAISON in Phoenix, AZ to join the United Surgical Partners International (USPI) team.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

     

    • Collaborate with staff, facility personnel, Accounting, AP and Home Office

    • Support the workflow for billing, payment posting and collections

    • Train for quality control

    • Assist the Internal Controls Manager with MOR prep and Center KPI review

    • Support other team members

    • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

     

     

     

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

     

    • Caring, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude

    • Great math skills

    • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes preferred

    • Great typing skills and computer experience

    • Understanding of medical terminology preferred

     

     

     

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

     

    • High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred 

    • Experience in accounting or payment posting preferred

    • Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills.
    • Medical terminology and computer technology proficiency, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Advantx knowledge a must (Patient Accounting System)
    • Knowledge of CPT codes and ICD-10

    Required Experience

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

    • Minimum of 2+ years previous experience in Health Care, ,Ambulatory or Hospital environment, preferred, with ability to lead a team and archive objectives.
    • High school graduate, equivalent or college degree
