    1. PARENT COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Healthcare Partners Investments (HPI) was founded in 2004 to help improve the convenience and quality of health care to the Oklahoma City metropolitan area through strategic physician partnerships. Our unique partnership with member physicians affords them the opportunity to develop, own and operate their own medical practices and hospitals while providing outstanding medical care to the community. At HPI we recognize that our physicians are key to our success. Physician engagement ensures quality care is given to each patient, so we strive to provide the best management and support services possible for our physicians. The company has seen substantial growth since being founded over fifteen years ago. We now own and operate three hospitals, multiple outpatient therapy and imaging centers and dozens of clinics across the metro from Edmond to Newcastle to Choctaw. We look forward to further expanding our service offerings and footprint in the community while continuing to provide exceptional care. Whether you come to us as a potential physician partner or patient, we welcome the opportunity to provide you incomparable support every step of the way.

HPI partners with physicians giving them the ability to concentrate on providing clinical excellence while business operations and support are handled in the background. With a focus on organizational efficiency, superior patient care and revenue enhancement, our skilled team of professionals provide turnkey management services dedicated to the success of our partnering physicians.

In 2018, HPI partnered with a joint venture owned by INTEGRIS Health and United Surgical Partners International (USPI) which has allowed HPI to become part of large Oklahoma-owned health system as well as a national leader in ambulatory care. Together with USPI and INTEGRIS, HPI and its partner physicians work together to advance the healthcare delivery system throughout the state of Oklahoma.
