    POSITION SUMMARY:

    • Responsible for all aspects of medical records request processing. From receipt of a request to delivery to the intended recipient
    • This role requires sharp attention to detail combined with speed of response, self-starter attitude, and customer service centered approach.
    • As part of the Medical Records Department, there is often collaboration with team members for troubleshooting and problem solving.
    • Remains compliant with requests, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.

    WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Customer service experience is required
    • 1 year Medical or healthcare related experiences preferred.
    • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
    • Multi-task effectively and efficiently and maintain an organized workflow.
    • Ability to maintain a professional and positive manner and work as a part of a team
    • A strong level of comfort navigating a computer, multiple computer systems and the ability to learn new programs as they arise.
