Reception Coordinator
Registration Coordinator needed for busy, multispecialty ASC in Folsom, CA. United Surgical Partners International is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. We provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets.
The Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Follows up with physician’s office to ensure all paperwork is obtained prior to surgery; Responsible for assembling all patient charts 4 days out; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure; Answer incoming phone calls and cross train in all areas when necessary.
Salary Range - $19 - $23
Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
Required Skills
High school graduate or equivalent. *One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred. *Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties. *Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required. *Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial *Good communication skills.
Insurance knowledge a must.

Required Experience
We are looking for an individual with an upbeat and positive attitude, who loves early mornings (6am-2:30pm shift) and wants to be part of an amazing team!
